Democracy turned demagoguery:
truth rests on votes 
by the party invested with power. 

A Supreme Court 
to which judges are approved 
by the Senate,

that is now is now controlled 
by the majority party in the Senate. 
A big mistake

since Justice reports to the President
and does not stand free 
as an independent arm of the government.

Justice should be established 
by a process with specific rules
of qualification based on performance, 

not by political bias.
