Autoimmune Disease or Civil War

My body is fighting itself.
I have no explanation
how I was sucked into this war.

It's a situation
that has gone beyond what we called fubar:
beyond repair, as opposed to
situation normal.

I don’t get important messages:
presumably all lines are cut.
In any case, I’m unable to stand.

Please God, end this civil war.
Let peace return to this body.
Let this body rest
in comfortable union with itself.

May this request find favor in Thy sight
and my behavior.
