Jenny Wren

Jenny Wren is a busybody
and a common gossip.

Her size gives her reason
to hurry.

In her need to know,
she scurries above and below.

Worry sits at the front of her mind,
so repeats her song.

I may be wrong,
but I hear joy in the repeat of her song
that burbles over and over.
