Maybe Bureaucrats should be Trained as Poets

A poem is indirect and ambiguous.
It cannot be caught
for saying too little or too much.

A poem can’t be sued for numbers
and might add grace
to prose that too often lumbers.

Forced from clichés,
bureaucrats might be forced to listen.
