Guns have no will of their own,
but are often used
to force one's will on another; 
weapons a tool, 
used primarily for aggression:
to maim or kill.

Willed use of maximum force
does not make right,
even proves the user a fool,

 himself a tool of his anger 
or of someone else
who is even a less manly fool.
