Suicide

If suicide is wrong, what then of God?
Was Jesus a deicide?
Or God’s suicide as a man?

It takes deaths to open up doors.

For what was creation made
when in the shade
a snake coiled, ready and waiting?

And what of the snake Adam wears?
Or of Eve's slick cave?
Were we all depraved from the beginning?

“To know” is an intimate act
and by some thought evil.
Self-righteousness exerts from the right.

Is not this the puzzle of life?
One snake and thousands of evils.
