Suffering
True suffering is more than physical.
There is usually blame
and guilt
and, of course, debasement.
You have no one to blame but yourself,
hence, cannot recover
since there is none to whom you can confess
and you cannot forgive yourself.
Such suffering is simply spiritual
when you know you’re lost
and know there is no salvation,
that you have no claim.
No claim, no help, no salvation.
There is naught but loss,
except for the grace of God,
God’s own redemption:
there are no unacceptable facts.
Simply confess. There is no need to ask.
